Disappointed
I was excited to receive this bag, but it arrived in terrible condition. The material is covered with scratches, scuffs, and visible marks all over the surface. It looks like it has already been used or mishandled before shipping. I expected a brand-new item, not one that looks damaged. Very disappointing.
