Good news, you’ll be able to shop our Black Friday deals in all of our Gymshark locations. Even better, you can get exclusive in-store pre-access from 9 am GMT on Saturday the 14th November, a full day before the sale goes live online on Sunday 15th November. 

But that’s not even the best bit. If you are signed up to Gymshark Loyalty, you’ll be able to access our London Regent Street and New York Roosevelt Field stores from 8:30 am, so you can prep your basket a whole half hour before everyone else. Tills will open at 9 am for you to purchase, giving you extra time to pick the best deals. Sign up to Gymshark Loyalty now, or on the door before 9 am on launch day, to get early browsing time.*

You betcha! Gymshark Black Friday items are covered by our extended returns policy - and in most countries, those returns are free. Here’s what you need to know:

Extended Returns Window:

• Purchases made between 1st November 2025 and 1st January 2026 can be returned up until 31st January 2026, following our extended returns policy.

• Please note: items marked FINAL SALE on our US & Canadian stores, will not be eligible for returns, refunds, exchanges, or store credit.

Free Returns

• Returns for Gymshark products are free in most regions, including: the UK, US, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Ireland, Germany, Austria, Switzerland, France, Belgium, Netherlands, Sweden, Denmark, Finland, Norway and Poland.

• If your country isn’t listed above, you may need to cover the cost of your return.

All returns must be registered through our returns portal to ensure that the returns process is as speedy and simple as possible.

Your shipping timeframe for your Gymshark Black Friday or Cyber Monday order will show at the time of checkout and will be from click-to-delivery.

As soon as your items have been shipped, you’ll receive an email titled “Your Gymshark Order Is On It’s Way” containing your tracking link so you can follow your orders journey from our warehouse, straight to your door.

We know that waiting for your goods to be delivered can sometimes feel like a lifetime, but please allow up to 14 calendar days for your order to arrive before reaching out to our Customer Support Team.

FYI: tracking may take up to 48 business hours to activate once you’ve received your Black Friday shipping confirmation email
