Great for first timer

After first use I am happy with the quality of the sleeves. I would recommend measuring your knee circumference to get the most accurate measurement. The sleeves are nice and supportive and definitely could feel the difference with and without them doing leg day.

Great but size up!

Theses work great. I sized up based on reviews and they are snug but not restrictive. I use them for dance (lots of sliding on me knees) and the even provide a little support to the knees.
