Disappointing

Have this in white and liked the thickness for winter. Very disappointed when it arrived as there is a small hole at the front. Regardless what size it is, it is disappointing when a new item arrives with obvious hole at the front.

This shirt fits too big for my taste. I usually wear a size S. I picked a medium because I wanted it to be more loose but it’s way too big.
