very large backpack
This is an extremely large bag. I'm sure you will have no problem fitting a pair or two of shoes, pants, shirts, and a water bottle/ shaker (though there is no dedicated water bottle pocket, but the side zippers are quite large), and probably even more things on top like your work lunch. It has a laptop sleeve inside, and the three external pockets...
