There’s no guarantee on restocks or extended sizes once the sale goes live – especially for our most-loved collections like Vital Seamless or Apex. If you’re eyeing up a specific colorway, size, or that pair you’ve seen your favourite athlete wearing, it’s worth adding to bag before it disappears. Because once it’s gone, it really might be gone.

• Athlete codes: Yes, go ahead and use your athlete code for extra sale discounts.

• Student/Military discount: Available to use during the sale.

We’re expecting high traffic and high order volumes — here’s what to know:

• Shipping: Orders might take longer than usual. Check your confirmation email and keep an eye on tracking updates.

• Status ‘In Progress’ = We’re packing your order.

• Can I cancel my order? Only within a short window after placing it. Once it’s being packed, we can’t cancel.

You can purchase items in the Mid Season Sale using a debit or credit card, including American Express. We also offer PayPal, Apple Pay, Klarna, Afterpay (US/CAD and AUS), and iDEAL (NL only). You can also use a Gymshark gift card.

We'll be keeping all our ordinary payment methods on for the duration of the Gymshark Sale. We’ll only turn some of them off if we stumble across technical difficulties during the first few hours of the sale. Check the deets below.

• Sale items will be available to order from June 18th at 8 am PT, 9 am MT, 11 am EDT for North American regions, 6 pm AEST, 4 pm AWST for Australian regions, and 4 pm BST (UK) and for all other international regions.

• If items are marked FINAL SALE on our US & Canadian stores in the Gymshark Sale, they are not eligible for returns, refunds, exchanges, or store credit.

• Underwear, swimwear, bottles and shakers are also non-returnable across all stores.

• Adding an item to your cart, unfortunately, does not reserve the stock for your final checkout.

Yes! Gift cards will be available to purchase during The Gymshark Sale, however, will not be offered at a discounted rate.

There may be a chance that you experience a queue during checkout. In this instance, please do not refresh the page as this will lose your place in the line.

We'll get you through as quickly as possible, but please note that waiting times during the first few hours of the sale, could be up to 45 minutes.

Once an order is placed, you’ll be able to cancel your order within 15 minutes of placing it. However, you won’t be able to edit or change your the order placed. In this instance, the best thing to do in if you make a mistake (and don’t want to/or are unable to cancel), is to wait for delivery and return anything you don’t want.

Due to stock availability within our warehouses, your order may be dispatched in separate packages on different days. Don't worry! You'll receive an email from our Customer Support Team, alongside new tracking information for your remaining items if this is the case.

If an item you've ordered goes out of stock, the item will be refunded and any remaining items will be dispatched. As always, we'll let you know of any new changes to your order by email. Please note that refunds can take between 5-7 business days to arrive in your account.

Yes! You'll be able to cancel your order within the first 15 minutes of placing it, if needed. You can do this either via your order confirmation email, or, by logging into your GS account: locate your order and then press the ‘cancel order’ button

If you have placed multiple orders, we're unfortunately unable to combine these; each order will be dispatched separately.

We always try and dispatch orders on a 'first come first serve' basis. However, due to the BTS operations at our warehouses, unfortunately, we're not always able to do this.

Yes! You'll be able to opt for express shipping when checking out during sale.

At the time of ordering, the best current delivery options for your region will be displayed at checkout. If for some reason express delivery isn’t an option, unfortunately this means that we're unable to offer the service at the time of your order.

Your shipping timeframe will show at the time of checkout and will be from click to delivery!

As soon as your items have been shipped, you’ll receive an email titled “Your Gymshark Order is on its way” containing your tracking link so you can follow your orders journey right to your hands! We know that waiting for your goods to be delivered can sometimes feel like a lifetime, but please be patient as we deal with high numbers of orders, we aim to get your items shipped out to you as quickly as possible.

FYI: tracking may take up to 48 business hours to activate once you've received your shipping confirmation email.

Yes! The Gymshark Sale will be available in participating Gymshark retail stores. You can shop the sale in-store from 10am on Thursday, 18th June, and enjoy early access before it goes live online.

Yes! Athlete codes will give their usual 10% discount whilst the sale is live. Support your favorite Gymshark athlete by heading to their social media channel and finding their athlete code to use (hint: it's usually their first name).

FYI: Only one discount code can be entered at checkout, therefore an athlete code can't be combined with a student code.

You betcha! All items across all regions can be returned within the usual 30 day return period.
